Forms of Payment
I accept credit cards, checks, and cash.
I am not a provider on any insurance panels and do not accept insurance as payment. If you would like to file for reimbursement from your insurance company, I can give you specially coded receipts. You will need to check with your insurance directly to see if they would provide out-of-network coverage with me.

Parking
Free parking is located on the street outside of the building.
